Returns Policy

We believe that you will be delighted with your Truth Expressions product, but from time to time you may feel it necessary to return an item. We want to keep this process as simple as possible.

We will refund any purchase provided items are returned in original condition within 7 working days from the day you receive them however we are afraid we cannot reimburse any postage costs to you if there was nothing wrong with the product.  Please complete the returns form included in the package to tell us why you are returning your goods. It is perfectly okay to change your mind but it helps us to know exactly why you are returning the goods so that we can change anything we might be doing wrong. Please return your items using the Recorded Delivery Signed For service from Post Offices. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, including all postage costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. You will receive refunds when we have successfully received the item/s. If you are returning a purchase from overseas, we regret that we cannot accept returned items that incur import duty. To avoid these charges, we suggest you do not use a courier company such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, but instead use a regular registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.

Faulty Returns

If you return the product in its original condition because of faulty goods or an incorrect item being delivered, Truth Expressions will replace the faulty item or incorrect order at no extra cost and reimburse any postage costs that you incur.

 Please Note: Goods which are returned as faulty, but prove to be in good condition, will be liable for return postage costs.

 Sizing Returns

We include a sizing chart on the website to make sure you get the correct size however if you would like to swap sizes then return the garment as above. Again you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, including all postage costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. We will then send you the new size. You will not be charged this postage cost (you are only responsible for your postage costs in the case of sizing returns).
