TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that Truth Expressions enters into with you. Please read these carefully.

Design Variation
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the specification or description, provided as the case maybe, Truth Expressions are not responsible for minor variations in specification, colour or other design features, and in the case of business purchasers no such minor variation shall entitle the Purchaser to withdraw the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against Truth Expressions by the Purchaser.

Contract Cancellation
If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have up to 14 days return the goods to us.

You must return the goods to us at the address below and at your own cost in an unused and re-saleable condition. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during transit.

Truth Expressions shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days of receipt of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you.

 Please read the Return Procedure before returning goods to us.
